Prior to shipping the stock a rep from your company called me to explain the chip on the stock and even provided pictures. He said they would reduce the price, which accounted for my time to repair of the stock. Since I purchased the stock to refinish for a gunsmithing job, I accepted the part. Was very nice to be contacted and the truth laid out prior to me receiving the stock and noticing the chip.
That is great service by a company.
